The aim of the Teaching and Learning Framework is to support teachers in the delivery of high-quality teaching and learning. Our Framework captures all the elements necessary to ensure we meet our College vision and sums up all that we do to achieve excellence in teaching and learning. A framework is overarching, and captures the alignment between the College vision, values, structures, policies, and all curricular and extracurricular programs. This ultimately aims to achieve our Strategic Plan goals and contribute to meeting the goals of the Education State. In addition, it provides staff with a clear and consistent understanding of what matters most at HPSC and aims to ensure all students can achieve high levels of learning growth. Hampton Park Secondary College strives to develop independent, reflective learners, and in doing so, we use this framework provides teachers with a clear, consistent understanding of how to ensure the success of our students.
